The line between 'news' and information is so blurred that most of the time we cannot tell on first sight which is which. 'News' is basically thought of as information about some event that has recently occurred, (not to be confused with 'rumor' or 'gossip'. 'Brand' news is propaganda disguised as information distributed by mega-media businesses/organizations for the purpose of documenting 'his story'. CBS, NBC, BBC, WB, CNN, Washington Post, USA Today are all examples of 'Brand' news.
